I have not disappeared. Still here.

Hi there.  Sorry it took me awhile to update my blog.  It has been really crazy these past few days. And it is absolutely freeeezzzziiinnngggg.

Nothing much to say, really.  Except that I feel really really 'low.'  Like I've got no energy.  My husband keeps asking me if I'm okay because I'm unusually quiet.  I think it's the gloomy weather, the lack of the sun and the very low temperature.  Yeah, blame it on the weather!

I hope you are all well.  Please do keep warm.  Will try to think of something exciting to post next time, LOL.

I hope you feel more chipper in the days to come! I hate it when the weather makes me feel low--but it can't be dark forever! :)

I know how you feel. I always get kind of "low" during the winter as well. Hope you feel better!

Same thing happened to me the other day! I felt quiet inside and husband was asking me if I was okay. I didn't feel ill, simply dull and weary. I do blame the extreme cold; it has a numbing effect. I feel a real frump in all these layers of clothing (they are not fashionable layers) and that doesn't help.

Keep warm. Hope you feel better soon.

Visit a tanning bed for a couple minutes. Does wonders when I'm feeling blue. :) In all seriousness, I hope you feel more chipper soon. Ciao from Texas!

Go out, visit with friends, get a lovely meal. Depression season is here; got to fight it with all your might.

Yes the cold seems to turn some warped clock in our brains and we sort of go on auto pilot in the winter.

Warmth from across the pond :)

I hear you. I felt like that on Sunday. My husband kept asking me what was wrong and I kept saying I didn't know. Then he watched the kids while I took a nap, and when I woke up, I felt better.

This blah weather really does make a person feel low. The lack of sunshine makes me feel gloomy every winter. I think we should remedy that by vacationing in the bahamas. What say you?
